How to confirm the quality of the product with us before production?

You can either get a sample from Hafila Auto Parts and choose the one you like, and then we make the quality according to that. Or you can send us your samples and we make the product according to your sample’s quality.

What is your return policy?

Please note that we will not accept returns of any item you have tried to fit and have mangled, damaged, scratched or otherwise damaged, even if we supplied the wrong part. Put simply, please check that we have sent you the correct part(s) before fitting them.

What if we receive the wrong product?

If you don’t receive the product which you ordered. You can return it back to us and we will send you the correct product.

How will we make the payments?

You can either pay by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

How will you deliver the products?

Products will be delivered to you through ship/air via cargo.

How much time will it take to deliver the products?

It will take 1-7 days for products that are already in stock, 1 week to 1 month for products that needs to be manufactured based on the quantity ordered.

Do you give any guarantee on your products?

Hafila Auto Parts gives atleast 6 months quality guarantee for our steering and suspension parts.

When will my order get confirmed?

Your order will be confirmed once we receive half payment from you.
